Chrem showed me the vehicles I was in the market for and was straight forward, honest and very professional the whole step of the way. Within 2 hours, I had my current vehicle appraised and picked out my new one, completed paperwork and was out the door. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and professional. The one thing that impressed me about Chrem is not only all the awards she has received at the dealership but her longevity of being with Vatland Honda since January 2019. I purchased a 2019 Pilot told it was no crash history. Carfax shows moderate crash. Manager acknowledged Autocheck they use is inadequate, but “ there is nothing we can do, deal is done. “

It was an easy and comfortable buying experience with salesman Harry Garcia.. He made me feel as if his #1 concern was finding me the best deal he could make me and understood my needs. He was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure working with him. Unfortunately, I did not feel the same about the sales manager, Shannon. I felt coming to a deal was a bit difficult and confusing. I also felt the advertised price on the windshield of the car should have been more honest and forthright. The add ons and additional cost of the car should have been reflected on that windshield price, since I was told that the add on's were not negotiable because they were already on the car. All in all, we did come to an agreement and I drove home with a beautiful car.
